Totally Blanks LLC was created to provide small business with low cost, high quality blanks for embroidery and vinyl work.  Totally Blanks LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to any errors in pricing, description, quality.  

 

FAQs

1. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at totallyblanks@yahoo.com with pictures of the item and its issues.   Once package is received, you will receive a replacement item if available. Only if replacement is not available, you will receive a refund.

2. Do you accept returns?

If you have an issue, you must email us at totallyblanks@yahoo.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

3. What if I would like to pickup my purchases in Petal, MS ?

I do allow items to be picked up in Petal if you live in the state of Mississippi. When checking out on the ready to ship website (www.totallyblanks.com), you will choose Local Pickup in Petal, MS as your shipping option. You have 2 weeks to pick up items. After 2 weeks from date of purchase, I will send a shipping invoice. if shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days, then your order will be refunded (minus 15% restocking fee) and items will go on website for sale.
